คือว่านะมีคนมาเช่าคอนโด จ่ายเงินช้าทุกเดือน เกือบสิ้นเดือนถึงจะได้เงินทุกที พอมาเดือนหลังๆ เริ่มไม่จ่ายแล้วเบี้ยวเงินเรา จะให้ออกก็ติดสัญญาเช่า เราต้องไปแจ้งความอะไรวุ่นวาย คือมี่ก็อยู่โคราชด้วยไง ไม่สะดวกไปๆมาๆ กทม
The story is someone rent my condo, she paid so late every month. She paid almost the end of month....all the time. Lately, she didn't pay...I can't chase her out because of contract. I'd to report to police...so complicated. And I dind't realy feel convenience to go to BKK coz I live in Korat.

แล้วพอให้ออกก็ไม่ยอมออก บอกไม่มีเงินไปเช่าบ้านใหม่ ไอ้เราก็ใจอ่อนอ่ะนะ ก็เลยให้เค้าอยู่ต่อ ค่อยๆผ่อนเงินให้ สุดท้ายเค้าก็ออกไป แต่จะเป็นลม 
I asked her to go out from my place, she said she had no money to rent a new place ^^; I was too soft to her. So, I let her stay and asked her to give me money monthly. Finally, she left. But..........I'm going to be fainted.

สภาพคือ โซฟาขาด ปลวกกินประตูหายไปทั้งบาน มันเลยลามไปกินอย่างอื่น แล้วเค้าก็ไม่แจ้งเราจะได้มาฉีดยา ทำให้เฟอร์นิเจอร์เราพัง เพดานก็เอาพวกดาวสะท้อนแสงมาแปะ แกะออกฝ้าก็เป็นรอย
The room is in the bad status. Sofa were torn, termite bit doors and it bit others things in my room too T_T She dind't tell me, so, I didn't cure it. My furniture was destroyed too T_T Ceiling was dirty by sticker.

กรี๊ดซซซ เงินค่าเช่าก็ยังจ่ายไม่ครบ จะเป็นลม......
T_T I was going to be mad to see~ and money not collected completely.

สรุปถ้ามีบ้าน มีคอนโดแล้วไม่ได้อยู่ ขายไปเหอะ ถ้าคุณเป็นคนใจดี ไม่งั้นคุณจะเจ๊ง เรื่องจริงนะ เหอๆๆ
I think if u've house or condo that you can't stay there, it might be better to sell rather giving rent. If you are not strong enough you'd lost a lot.

จะไปค่ายวันที่ 19แล้ว โย่วๆๆ ยังไม่ได้เตรียมตัวเลย คิๆๆ สงกรานต์นี้คงอยู่บ้าน นั่งเตรียมงานแต่ง หุหุ ใกล้เข้ามาแล้ว อะไรๆยังต้องทำอีกเยอะ
I'll go to camp soon on 19th Yeah~ Not really prepared^^; This Songkran festival I'd be home to prepare wedding^^ It's so near, many things have to be done.
รอปีเตอร์มาแล้วจะไปถ่ายรูปแต่งงานกัน ตื่นเต้นง่า ตอนนี้ก็ได้แต่รอๆ
